A strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and willingness to learn are key to success in this role.Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in accordance with company standardsPerform visual and physical inspections of materials and finished products to ensure quality complianceHandle, move, and organize materials and products safely and efficientlyFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and safety protocols at all timesRecord production data accurately and report any deviations or equipment issuesAssist with setup, changeovers,
