BASIS teams and external vendors; * Coordinate multiple vendors and partners in a global program context; * Prepare and present progress reports, indicators, risks and issues to senior management; * Proactively identify, track and mitigate project risks; * Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements; * Drive change management, training and documentation preparation activities; * Support the adoption of the new SAP version as well as post-deployment stabilization activities.**The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Demonstrate ten (10) or more years of experience in SAP project management; * Have significant experience in the fields of Supply Chain and Manufacturing; * Be able to drive SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects, ideally in the context of version migrations such as S/4HANA 2020/2021 to 2023 or later; * Master the SAP Activate methodology; * Manage projects in highly regulated environments; * Coordinate multiple vendors and partners efficiently; * Lead global SAP programs or projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders; * Be able to supervise major testing, cutover and release activities; * Operate effectively inorganizations with more than 10,000 employees; * Perform custom code remediation activities as part of an SAP upgrade (asset); * Hold a PMP, PRINCE2 orequivalent certification (robust asset); * Understand SAP systemsarchitecture and SAP BASIS activities (asset); * Plan and manage large-scale testing campaigns (asset); * Supervise post-deployment stabilization periods (hypercare) (asset); * Hold a relevant SAP certification (strong asset).Apply
