We want toemphasize that we would really like you to be more of a PM and Mentor than a SeniorTechnician. We want you to deal with the timelines, logistics, and mentoring the crew inthe office to complete the deliverables. Field time will mostly be a mentoring role withboth new hires and mentoring Sr techs on difficult ground. Thus as it is with most PMjobs you will be required to develop project plans, safety, timelines, budgets andresource allocations (the regular stuff). As mentioned, a big focus of your time will becreating, growing and mentoring your team.We also expect that you will assist with new business development initiatives andexpansion of existing business lines.
