Job DescriptionPosition OverviewReports To:District ManagerSupervises:Co-Manager, Assistant Manager, Key Holder, and Store AssociatesEssential FunctionsPeople DevelopmentRecruitment & Retention: Network, recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-quality management and associates to fill store profiles and support succession planning.Performance Management: Set annual goals, administer performance reviews, and develop all direct reports.Training & Development: Train, develop, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Customer ExperienceCustomer Service: Ensure an excellent level of customer service is a priority at all times by consistently executing and achieving the Customer Experience through regular assessment, coaching, and follow-up with the team.Leadership: Maintain visibility and lead by example on the selling floor to answer customer questions and support all selling functions.Visual Merchandising: Implement all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.Drive Sales & ProfitabilitySales Goals: Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.Strategic Execution:
