We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Area Manager II at our YYZ1 fulfillment centre in Mississauga, Ontario.As an Area Manager II, you will lead a team of up to 80 hourly associates and be responsible for engaging your team during shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key role in maintaining customer expectations to ensure orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforceManage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promisesCollaborate with support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectivesConduct planning sessions and coach team through operational challenges while developing leadership capabilitiesDiagnose root causes of performance gaps using advanced analyticsFacilitate alignment meetings with senior leadership on department-level goalsDrive process improvements impacting 200+ associates across multiple workflowsLift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend,
