systems and equipmentConduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, process modeling and integration in the development of new electronic devices and productsSupervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipmentDevelop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipmentInvestigate electrical or electronic failuresPrepare accurate technical documentation.Present complex electrical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to user manuals and compliance documentation related to products.Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.(Required)Any of Power Metering /Protection Relays / Instrument Transformers specialty is asset.Experienced in electrical instrumentation, energy metering, or protection systems is a must.Strong understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, control systems, and electronics.Ability to perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.Background in metering, power distribution, automation, or electronics is preferred for certain industries.Familiarity with regulatory or compliance standards applicable to power metering products (e.G., cybersecurity, EMC, safety certification) is an asset.Experience with technical requirements documentation (PRDs/SRDs) or structured product specification processes preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Valuable communication abilities (verbal and written).Ability to work cross-functionally with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.Attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
