This is a hands‐on role suited for an independent, detail‐oriented person who enjoys improving systems and seeing their work directly impact company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Payable (AP) process vendor invoices, schedule and record paymentsPerform monthly account reconciliations (bank, credit card, and general ledger)Prepare and submit GST/PST tax remittances through CRA portalsHandle payroll processing and remittances (bi-weekly)File WorkSafeBC remittances and reportsMaintain organized digital records and financial documentationSupport management with monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Coordinate with external accountants for year-end filings and auditsRequirements2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience (or strong 3rd/4th-year Accounting student)Proficiency in OdooUnderstanding of Canadian small-business accounting, GST/PST,
