Concord has built over 150 towers with an additional 50 in various stages of planning and development. It has also been making art accessible to the community neighbourhoods by establishing Canada's largest public art program.Over the past 30 years, The Concord Group of companies has also diversified into business sectors such as: software and information technology, telecommunications, and green energy projects in solar, wind and hydroelectric power generation.We are actively hiring for a Customer Care Administrator. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with possible extension.ResponsibilitiesWork intensively with database: input, update, check, transfer, filter, extract and analysisCoordinate appointment booking with clients and internal team which may involve frequent and last-minute changesBuild and modify e-mail templates and perform mass and select mail merge and dispatch.Receive, screen and respond to internal & external administrative queriesAudit,



update & maintenance of purchaser and suite filesThis job involves heavy data entry, inventory control, filing, scanning and photocopyingAssist the Team in hosting various customer-focused eventsAble to work independently and in a team environmentUndertake other administrative tasks as per request from managementRequirementsAdvanced knowledge and experience in Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat and other software programs from MS Office 365 is a mustSkilled in using common business platforms such as JotForm and Mailchimp, etc. and working knowledge in AI applicationsExperience in Avesdo, Spark, Maximizer or other CRM and contract management software systems is an advantageClient service oriented with strong written and verbal communications skillsA very detailed oriented person and always strive for precision, efficiency and accuracyHands‐on experience with statutory requirements related to pre-selling and conveyancing of condo in B.C. including the Real Estate Development and Marketing Act, Strata Property Act, Real Estates Services Act, FINTRAC and CSAIR is a definite assetEducation and work experience in the field of real estates, legal assistant, paralegal, or accounting preferredSolid time management, organizational and multi‐tasking skills and ability to work under pressure to meet important deadlinesAbility to proactively follow up on cases to attain full resolution with minimal supervisionA dynamic team player; versatile to changes in job nature as and when requiredFlexibility to occasionally work extended hours and weekendsFluent in English; second language is an assetWhat we offerInternal growth opportunitiesPlease note, only successful candidates will contacted
