This role will ensure clients first interactions and impressions are positive.What You Will Do:Provide administrative support to brokersProvide exceptional customer service to clients in person or by telephone or e-mailMaintain and update client records, including documents related to payments, claim status and incoming documentsProcess reportsProvide backup support to AA, Personal Lines and Sr. AAProcess ADI and follow-up on related activitiesProcess the Agency and Direct Bill paperworkWhat You Bring to the Team:Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency6+ months office experience is an assetDrive and motivation for personal growth
