Procase is looking for a skilled Custom Cabinetmaker to play a key role in our projects.

Your Responsibilities

Custom Cabinetmaking: Build custom millwork from drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy, fit, and finish.

Shop Fabrication: Cut, assemble, edge, sand, and prep components using a variety of

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets Procase quality standards and follows safe work practices.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve build issues (fit, material concerns, design conflicts) with a solutions-first mindset.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team and project staff to ensure timelines, requirements, and expectations are met.

Tools & Equipment: Maintain and safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment relevant to cabinetmaking.

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Custom Cabinetmaker (or strong woodworking/millwork background).
- Solid knowledge of cabinetmaking methods, joinery, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints.
- High attention to detail, precision, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with common cabinetmaking tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability,



and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction/woodworking safety regulations.
