We are seeking a motivated Customer Service and Logistics Assistant to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer/vendor inquiries and requests.
- Assist customers/vendors with shipping updates, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately enter customer orders and shipping instructions.




- Support sales efforts as needed.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer requirements thoroughly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service/logistics or related roles with excellent communication skills is beneficial.
- Open to recent graduates from Business Programs looking to gain experience.
- Robust data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Knowledge of analytical skills to interpret customer data and provide insights for better service delivery.
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with clear, professional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
