About the position

Fleet Products Ltd. & KBR is a Canadian supplier of truck and trailer parts with more than 42 years in business. We are hiring a full time team member to help customers and process orders in our Calgary Parts Department.

What you will do

- Help customers at the counter and by phone and email, and ask questions to understand what they need.
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, credits and other basic sales paperwork.
- Check prices, stock, lead times and order status, and follow up with customers.
- Enter and update customer and order information accurately in our computer system.
- Work with the warehouse and purchasing teams to complete orders and returns.
- Help with inventory checks, parts organization and daily department tasks.

What we are looking for
- Friendly and professional communication in person, by phone and by email.
- A reliable person who follows through and is willing to learn.
- Good attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
- Comfort using computers, email and basic business software.




- Ability to manage several requests and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb when needed.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Experience that may help Helpful backgrounds include customer service, automotive, equipment, retail, inside sales, call-centre, office, warehouse, shipping, or industrial work. Experience with order entry, invoicing, inventory or ERP software such as SAP is an asset.

Pay and benefits

Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000 per year. Final pay will be based on relevant experience and skills.
