About the Position

We are looking for a Customer Service & Production Associate to join our Calgary team.

This is a hands-on position combining customer service, order processing, basic artwork preparation, production support, packaging, inventory,



and general day-to-day business operations.

You will be trained on our various production processes. You do not need to already know every production method, but you must be willing and able to learn.

The right person will be comfortable moving between customer service and production tasks and helping wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

- Front counter sales and customer service (in-store, phone, email, and online)
- Understanding customer needs and providing customization solutions
- Cashier and POS operation
- Preparing quotes, invoices, work orders, and customer follow-up
- Learning and supporting DTG, DTF, embroidery, UV printing, laser engraving, and heat press production
- Basic graphic design and artwork preparation
- Checking artwork accuracy before production
- Packaging completed orders
- Inventory control and restocking
- Maintaining production schedules and deadlines
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Assisting production staff during peak periods
- Assisting other team members whenever required
