Position Details

Full-time | In-office

Salary range: $45,000–$50,000 per year

RS HOME STAGING INC works with customers on home staging and design services. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will assist clients before and during their service experience. You do not need extensive design experience. We are primarily looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized and is comfortable helping customers.

What You'll Handle

- Answer customer calls and emails.
- Respond to general questions about company services.
- Record new customer inquiries.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Confirm appointment dates and times.
- Update customer records.
- Forward project-specific questions to the appropriate team member.
- Follow up with customers regarding scheduled services.
- Assist with basic service information and documentation.




- Help resolve routine customer concerns.
- Background We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer service, reception or office experience.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable with computers and email.
- Organized approach to work.
- Professional and friendly customer service.
- Ability to learn information about design and staging services.
- Previous home staging or interior design experience is an asset, not a requirement.
