Cryopak is seeking a results‐driven Supply Chain & Procurement professional with strong experience in purchasing, inventory management, supplier negotiation, transportation coordination, and production support. This role requires a detail‐oriented individual with advanced Excel skills to support inventory analysis, KPI tracking, cost control, and freight optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and committed to maintaining material availability, reducing supply risk, and driving continuous improvement alongside planning, production, quality, finance, and logistics teams.Core Responsibilities & AchievementsPrepare, issue, and manage purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, equipment, and services across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with approved pricing and sourcing strategies.Maintain appropriate min/max inventory levels to support smooth production while avoiding excess or slow‐moving stock.Track open POs weekly, confirm shipment schedules, resolve delays, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to secure on‐time deliveries.Support freight and transportation optimization by comparing carriers, routes, and overall logistics costs.Benchmark, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and high‐quality performance.Implement sourcing strategies to reduce single‐source dependency and strengthen supply chain resilience.Collaborate closely with production planners, plant managers, and maintenance teams to ensure materials are available in line with production schedules.Track procurement and planning KPIs using advanced Excel reporting and dashboards.Analyze inventory data and provide actionable insights, including slow‐moving and at‐risk inventory reporting.Identify cost‐saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, alternate sourcing,
