Cochrane Toyota is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and help drive continued growth inour Fixed Operations business.We are looking for a strong leader and business builder who can develop a team, create accountability, support a busy Service Department, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to grow both our internal and external Parts business.Toyota or Lexus experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with PBS as a DMS is preferred.For the right candidate, relocation assistance is available.What You'll Do:Lead, coach, and develop a Parts team of approximately 5–6 employeesCreate clear expectations and hold the team accountable for performance and resultsBuild strong working relationships with Service, Sales, Used Vehicles, and other dealership departmentsEnsure fast, accurate, and dependable Parts support for technicians and Service AdvisorsManage inventory levels, purchasing, special orders, returns, aging inventory, and obsolescenceMonitor Parts sales, gross profit, inventory performance, and overall departmental profitabilityUse KPIs and departmental data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvementIdentify opportunities to increase internal Parts salesDevelop and grow our wholesale and external Parts businessBuild relationships with independent repair facilities, fleets, commercial customers, collision centres, and other wholesale accountsRe-engage inactive customers and actively pursue recent business opportunitiesEstablish measurable sales and growth targets for the departmentContinuously improve departmental processes, efficiency, customer service,



and profitabilityThe Right Person:The right candidate will be someone who consistently asks:Where can we improve?How can we better support the shop?How can we develop our people?What is the data telling us?Where is our next customer coming from?How do we grow the business?We are looking for someone who wants to do more than maintain an existing Parts operation.We want a manager who is willing to lead from the front, develop their people, pursue new customers, improve performance, and take ownership of the growth of the department.What You'll Bring:Previous automotive dealership Parts experience, ideally in a leadership or management capacityProven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold employees accountableA strong sales and business-development mindset with the drive to prospect, follow up, and consistently work toward measurable goalsExperience growing sales, developing accounts, or building customer relationshipsConfidence reaching out to prospective customers, starting conversations, and asking for the businessStrong communication and relationship-building skills, both over the phone and in personThe ability to handle objections professionally, negotiate effectively, and remain persistent throughout the sales processStrong organization and follow-up habits,
