Role Description The Law Clerk will work on-site in Toronto, ON in a full-time capacity, supporting both founding partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing court materials and other litigation documents, summarizing records, assisting with case strategy, liaising with clients and opposing counsel, communicating with the court, and scheduling matters.

Qualifications





- At least five years experience in civil litigation as a law clerk and/or legal assistant.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and time management.
- Experience with preparing legal documents.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with clients, courts, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with legal practice management software and common office applications (e.g., MS Office, Adobe, etc.).
