They work closely with owners, architects, construction managers, general contractors and other facility departments to collaborate and product cost-efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions to their workplace.They are seeking a reliable and hardworking Finishing Line Operator to join their agile team!ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor automated finishing and colour application equipmentPrepare, mix, and adjust paints, stains,



and coatings according to specificationsPerform colour matching and ensure consistency throughout production runsSet up and make adjustments to finishing equipment to achieve required quality standardsInspect finished products for colour accuracy and finish qualityTroubleshoot minor equipment and process issuesMaintain production records and material usage logsClean and maintain finishing equipment and work areasFollow all safety procedures and proper handling requirements for paints and coatingsCollaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to meet production schedulesRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machineryExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read work orders and follow specificationsBasic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsAbility to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environmentExperience operating automated finishing, paint, coating, or colour matching equipment (considered an asset)Experience in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, millwork, industrial finishing, automotive painting, or related industries (considered an asset)Familiarity with paints, stains, lacquers, and other industrial coating systems (considered an asset)All applicants please forward your resume to be considered.
