and responsible Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment Able to make decisions and solve problems independently Strong attention to detail Willingness to coach and support team members Schedule & Availability This is a full-time position, approximately 35–40 hours per week . Strong preference will be given to candidates available for closing shifts: Monday–Wednesday: Available to close until 1:00 AM Thursday–Saturday: Available to close until 2:00 AM Closing responsibilities include completing cleaning, restocking, food-safety procedures, cash/closing procedures, and ensuring the store is properly secured and ready for the next day.
