Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their orders
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash or card payments
- Prepare and serve beverages such as smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Assist in food handling and preparation tasks to support the kitchen team, maintaining food safety protocols at all times
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, dining space,



and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and documenting necessary checks

Skills

- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Background in the food industry or food service environment; barista experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
