Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, providing excellent service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Support food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers




- Follow all sanitation protocols to ensure a secure and hygienic environment for both staff and guests

Experience

- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience in restaurant or food industry roles involving serving or cashiering is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining excellent customer service skills
