We are hiring a full-time on-site position at J.B. Michor Inc. At JB Michor Inc, we don’t hold you accountable for simply doing the work, but rather for the results you create. You’ll always know exactly if you’re succeeding or not.

For this position, your main result is to repair and restore trucks. This includes accident repair, restoration due to corrosion or wear.

To create this result, you will:

· Repair post accident

· Change parts

· Frame repair (Advanced)

· Fiberglass and composite material repair

· Body filler application

· Metal work aluminum and steel

· Welding

· Air Conditioning repair (Advanced)

· Attend training when required

· Train other body technicians (advanced)

· Maintain a clean working environment

· Create, refine, document, and update processes for repair

· Set up all the systems, and continue to improve flow and process over time

· Work with management and the production team to ensure deliveries are met

You will be successful if you have or are the following:

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Solution oriented
- Organized. There are so many moving parts that you need to be able to keep track of everything and be looking ahead to what’s coming next.
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills




- Excellent repair skills
- High coaching/teaching proficiency
- Care about the company, the clients & other employees
- Class 3 or higher bodyman cards
- Ozone training with certificate
