and a fast-paced environmentPerform complex tasks and operate small equipmentComplete pre-use inspections of lifting gearChoose the appropriate rigging hardware and hitchesSafely lift steel, pipes, and structural materialWhat We're Looking For From YouOver 3 years of experience loading trailers requiredOver 3 years of hands-on rigging experience in industrial or construction settingsMinimum Grade 12 or GEDValid Driver's License with a current 5-Year Driver's AbstractPrevious experience completing Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs)Good knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting/handling proceduresZoom Boom or Forklift ticket is an asset (not required)Physically fit and agile: ability to lift up to 60 lbs, work at heights, and ascend/descend laddersExcellent communication, verbal, and listening skills with strong attention to detail and ability to follow directionsAbility to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProven safety attitude and excellent attendance history#SJ
