DescriptionThe Account Manager - Industrial Division (US Pool & Containment), is responsible for the execution of the Pool Division and Containment strategy through planning, implementing, controlling, monitoring and evaluating the Sales plan.DepartmentSalesLocationCambridgeCompensation$90,000 - $95,000 / yearKey ResponsibilitiesManages the development of new business and the retention of existing business for the US Pool AccountsDevelops and cultivates customer relationships with the appropriate decision makers within new and existing customer baseManages contact with customers, resolves specialized problemsParticipate in the development of the strategic business plan that meets the goals and objectives of the Industrial Sales TeamParticipates in the annual budget and sales plan for Pool division and Containment Division and reports progress towards plan goals on an on-going basis to the Channel ManagerContributes to the development and growth of the Containment market strategyAchieves departmental objectives by contributing marketing and sales information, preparing and completing action plans and reporting out progress; resolving problems; implementing change in the areas of new and existing business developmentDetermine and present the trends in terms of wants and needs of our pool customer baseIdentifies and evaluates the risks to the organization's people, property, finances, goodwill, and image and communicates to Senior Leaders. Recommends and manages measures to control risksEstablishes good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with internal and external customers to achieve the goals of the organizationOther related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications, Education & ExperienceEducationBachelor of Business Administration or equivalentSkills & ExperienceFive+ years of experience in a sales role,
