and quality control itemsMentor carpenters and apprenticesCommunicate professionally with clients when requiredIdentify issues early and work with the project team to resolve themExperience & Skill RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience leading construction crewsStrong background in high-end residential constructionProven leadership and crew management abilityComfortable and competent with computers and technology, including:File management and digital documentationEmail, basic scheduling, and drawing reviewEmail, basic scheduling, and drawing reviewClear, confident, and professional communicatorAbility to lead calmly, decisively, and respectfullyValid driver's license with a clean driver's abstractComfortable working in client-facing environmentsWe support long-term career development.
