We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an enterprise MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) and IAM transformation initiative. This role will work closely with business, application, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to assess applications, gather requirements, identify risks, and support MFA implementation.Key Requirements7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IAM, Cybersecurity, or Technology RiskStrong experience with MFA/IAM transformation programsKnowledge of SAML, SSO, Active Directory, OIDC, and OAuthStrong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced Excel and data analysis experienceExperience with executive reporting and dashboardsHands-on exposure to Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, or Transmit SecurityKnowledge of NIST and IAM governanceExperience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure DevOpsCBAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certification.Financial services or other regulated enterprise experience preferred
