If you take pride in precision, enjoy solving complex inspection challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we would like to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Quality Control Inspector / CMM Programmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our precision-machined components consistently meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements.Working closely with our machining and production teams, you will perform independent inspections throughout the manufacturing process, develop and improve CMM programs, and help maintain the integrity of our quality management system.Your responsibilities will include:Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines using PC-DMIS and/or ZEISS CALYPSO softwarePerform first-article, in-process, and final inspections of complex precision-machined componentsDevelop, modify, validate, and improve CMM inspection programsInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements in accordance with ASME Y14.5Select appropriate inspection methods and equipment based on drawing, specification, and product requirementsUse precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges,



and other inspection toolsComplete inspection reports and maintain clear and accurate quality documentationVerify product conformity throughout all machine shop processesIdentify, document, and communicate non-conforming productsWork collaboratively with machining and production teams to investigate and resolve quality concernsSupport root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain inspection equipment and support applicable calibration requirementsFollow all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and quality management system requirementsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat You'll BringRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience programming and operating CMMs using PC-DMIS, ZEISS CALYPSO, or comparable CMM programming softwareStrong understanding of GD&T in accordance with ASME Y14.5Experience performing first-article, in-process, and final inspectionsExperience inspecting precision-machined components in a manufacturing environmentStrong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirementsProficiency using standard precision measuring and inspection equipmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality workStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize competing demands and work effectively under production deadlinesAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookPreferred QualificationsDirect experience programming with PC-DMIS and/or ZEISS CALYPSOExperience working within an AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systemExperience in aerospace, defence,



or another highly regulated manufacturing environmentExperience supporting non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actionsExperience using CAD models to support CMM programming and inspectionWe recognize that capable candidates may not meet every preferred qualification.
