Crane Lake Discovery Camp is seeking a Group Work Supervisor to oversee day-to-day group programming for our wilderness therapy program near MacTier, Ontario. You will supervise counsellors, guide therapy goals, oversee academic work and ensure campers have appropriate clothing and safety.The role requires maturity, stability and the ability to mentor campers and staff, with responsibilities spanning outdoor activities, building projects and weekly progress summaries.
