You'll work from detailed drawings to fabricate, assemble, and finish high-quality cabinetry that meets our standards and exceeds client expectations. You will work independently, troubleshoot issues, lead by example, and ensure quality and efficiency in production. From reviewing plans to the final touch-ups, your precision and craftsmanship will ensure every install meets our standards—and wows our clients.Your day-to-day will include:CabinetmakingArriving prepared and ready to begin work at the start of each shiftReading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specificationsSetting up and safely operating woodworking machinery and hand toolsMeasuring, cutting, and assembling cabinet components including bases, shelves, doors, drawers, and topsMatching materials for color, grain, and texture consistencyTrimming joints for accurate fit using hand toolsBoring holes for screws and dowels using hand or machine methodsGluing, fitting, clamping, fastening, and reinforcing cabinet assembliesSanding and preparing surfaces for finishingInstalling hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, catches, and pullsAssisting with assembly, adjustments,



and shop throughput as requiredPaint SprayingPreparing and sanding cabinetry pieces to achieve professional-quality finishesSpraying paint, lacquer, clear coat, or stain with consistent technique and attention to detailInspecting finished pieces for blemishes, dust, runs, or defects and completing required touch-upsFully disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling spray guns, tips, hoses, and lines dailyMaintaining spray equipment and documenting maintenance as requiredKeeping the spray booth, prep area, and shop clean, organized, and safeFollowing all shop safety procedures and PPE requirements, including respirator and hearing protectionWhat You BringRegistered Apprentice, Journeyman Cabinetmaker certification or equivalent hands-on experienceExperience in cabinet fabrication and finishing within a production environmentAbility to read and interpret detailed drawings and plansProficiency with woodworking machinery and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanshipCommitment to meeting production timelines without sacrificing qualityProfessional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a teamDependable, accountable, and motivated to continuously improveWorking ConditionsAble to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs independently and over 75 lbs with assistanceRequires physical stamina, including the ability to engage core and lower back muscles for extended periods without fatigueWork environments include indoor settingsMay work independently, as part of a team, or with supervisionFrequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, construction-related dust, fumes,
