With global reach and local roots, we combine deep expertise with trusted relationships to help clients navigate complexity and seize opportunity with clarity.Your RolePrepare and assist in executing a wide range of Review, Compilation, and White Paper engagements for private enterprise clientsPrepare T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 returns for private enterprise clients with strong attention to detail and accuracyAssist in preparing financial statements and note disclosures under ASPEAnalyze financial information, accounting processes, and operating procedures, identifying issues and recommending improvementsProvide proactive communication with clients to ensure clarity, manage expectations, and build strong working relationshipsIdentify opportunities to add value—including tax planning insights, process improvements, and cross-team collaborationSupport and mentor junior staff through coaching, training, and on-the-job learningContribute to a positive team culture by participating in firm initiatives, knowledge sharing, and collaborationWhat You Bring to the TableCPA designation required (or successful completion of the Common Final Examination,
