We're currently searching for a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team. Whether you're freshly certified and hungry for mentorship, or a seasoned practitioner ready to practice in a clinic that actually gets it - we'd love to connect. Location: Coven Health Collective (Mission, Calgary, AB) Availability: Minimum 3 days per week - either mornings 7 AM - 1 PM or afternoons 1:15 PM - 8 PM *We have availability 7 days per week! Passionate about pelvic health, and excited to practice in a space that supports growth as a clinician.Your Roles And ResponsibilitiesAssess and develop comprehensive treatment plans for a variety of pelvic health (and orthopaedic!) conditions using evidence-informed practices within the scope of pelvic health physiotherapyDemonstrate your commitment to ongoing consent in the realm of pelvic healthMaintain complete, accurate patient records using Jane AppCommunicate clearly with clients, teammates, and leadershipCoordinate referrals, requisitions, and follow-upsStay engaged in ongoing education and professional developmentContribute to the clinic's community presence through education or outreachMinimum QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with their College, who is also rostered to perform pelvic internal examsValid malpractice insuranceCompleted or enrolled in Levels 1-3 Pelvic Health Solutions (or equivalent courses)Clinical experience, interest, or coursework in working with populations with incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, perinatal care, or dyspareuniaA willingness to work with a diverse and dynamic client baseComfortable working both independently and within a collaborative teamCurrent CPR-C/ First Aid certificationBonus Points For...Additional advanced certifications (manual therapy, dry needling, Therapeutic Pilates, etc.)Familiarity with EMRs (Jane App), Gmail, WhatsApp, and other digital toolsInterest or experience in providing trauma-informed and gender-affirming careWhat We ValueCompassionClinical skillAn ability to work within a collaborative environmentCommunication skillsA willingness to adapt, learn, and evolve your practiceYour dedication to creating an inclusive space for all, upheld with professionalismWe thank all applicants for their interest and will follow up with candidates who best match the needs of the role.
