Brookfield is committed to the development of our people through challenging work assignments and exposure to diverse businesses.Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible in supporting all aspects of the Accounting and Financial Reporting functions of Brookfield Infrastructure Group's Corporate Advisor entity. The role will work with the Infrastructure Group's private funds and will collaborate with other finance and investment professionals in the organization.ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable ProcessReview cost allocations and coding of invoices related to global deal costs, public company costs, Advisor costs and portfolio company costsMonitor payment journals for Infrastructure paying entities and assist in investigation on invoice disputes and resolve billing and payment issues in a timely mannerAccounts Receivable ProcessOversee the monthly invoicing processUtilize and monitor the Robotic Process Automation("RPA") bot for the monthly invoice processCoordinate with the Infrastructure Group's private funds team to ensure timely reimbursementsAccounting OperationsTake ownership of day‐to‐day recording of journal entries and bank reconciliations in Microsoft Dynamics 365("Dynamics")Oversee intercompany reconciliation, settlements and apply reimbursements at sub‐ledger level by communicating with various Brookfield business groupsIdentify opportunities for improvement and take ownership on implementing effective and efficient processesAssist in various ad‐hoc assignments requested by senior personnel and stakeholdersTax filingPrepare monthly HST return filing workbookCompile information for annual corporate tax return and audit queriesQuarterly ReportingPrepare financial results,



reporting packages & financial statementsCalculate and compile private fund management feesPrepare fund flows and other various analyses and reports for senior management to support their business decision makingRequirementsCPA designation completed with three - five years of experience working in a corporate accounting or audit firm, preferably in financial services or asset managementThe ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast‐paced environment and adapt quickly to manage changing priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)Very strong attention to detailStrong organizational skills and ability to multi‐task, prioritize and meet deadlinesSelf‐motivated, resourceful, and pro‐active, with respect to both managing workload and professional developmentProficient in MS Office applications, with focus on ExcelKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 an assetCompensation Range: $95,000 - $110,000Position Opening ReasonNew PositionBrookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe, respectful; our shared success depends on it.
