grant applications, affiliate partnerships and sales administration. This includes market research, database development, sales collateral, sales solicitation, tracking, and reporting. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The coordinator is an adept multi-tasker, who can manage a number of diverse tasks across a variety of conferences, projects, and associations. This role is specifically focused on tasks related to administration and delivery of sponsorships, exhibits, advertising, and affiliate partnerships: Main point of contact for all sponsors / exhibitors Work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients Identification and development of advertising and sponsorship assets Point person for the build and management of the sponsor/exhibitor sales & fulfilment system Sponsorship / exhibition activity tracking Implementation of all sponsor / exhibitor contracts with the Operations team Sales, invoice and
