OverviewA well-established, national specialty retailer in the home-goods category is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a cluster of stores across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, elevate store execution, and drive results for a brand known for quality, comfort, and a warm, service-focused customer experience. The Area Manager will be based in either Saskatchewan or Manitoba and will manage a designated "home store" while providing strategic leadership to 4–6 additional locations across the region. This individual will serve as a key connector between stores and the broader organization, ensuring consistent standards, operational discipline, and an engaged, people-first culture.ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of the assigned home store while providing coaching, direction, and performance management to Store Managers across the regionDrive sales, ensure strong merchandising execution, and uphold high standards of customer serviceBuild engaged, high-performing store teams through training, mentorship, and succession planningPartner closely with internal departments on merchandising, inventory flow, promotions, and visual executionAnalyze store performance, identify opportunities,
