The position provides leadership, direction and oversite to Agro centre operations, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives.Responsibilities for this position include the following:Manage and oversee over-the-counter/inside sales and CRM activitiesEnsure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability standardsCoordinate fleet and equipment maintenance scheduleOversee and lead ordering, supply chain logistics, and inventory.Work closely with team members, sales team, and suppliers to align inventory with customer needs.Build robust customer relationships.Plan, monitor,



and manage a variety of internal projects from initiation to completion.Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.Track and report on measurables, KPIs, and other production data.Who you are:You are looking for a career in Agriculture and you have:5+ years leadership in an agricultural environmentDemonstrated strong interpersonal/communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading a team in a fast-paced settingStrong knowledge of crop production cycles and agricultural best practicesHands-on mindset, able to work outdoors and solve problems in real-timeA CCA or P.Ag. Accreditation is an asset, but not requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Suite including Word & Excel.
