River Glen Dental is an intimate, family general dental office in Oakville. We are seeking a permanent, part time:

Dental Hygienist (Registered)

About Us

We are a single practitioner office with 1 -2 hygienist/day. We are an established practice with loyal and long-standing patients and can provide the candidate with a relaxed and enjoyable environment, excellent communication and camaraderie, honest and ethical dentistry and we believe in building healthy, balanced long-term relationships with our team and patients. Our patient-centered hygiene program focuses on complete diagnosis, treatment planning and ensuring adequate time to perform quality care.

Responsibilities
- sterilization area duties




- set up treatment room/stock (inventory)
- review patient files
- morning meeting.
- discuss diagnosed treatment with patients and answer questions
- perform NPE/COE's, FMX/x-rays, hygiene treatment (thorough, comfortable), Zoom whitening, impressions (occasionally) etc., Ortho (early childhood/Invisalign)(willing to train)

- discuss next hygiene appointment and any outstanding dental treatment
- ensure all patients leave with next hygiene appointment booked
- team support/training (as needed)

Schedule (incl. set up/clean up time)
- Mon/Tues (10:30am - 7:20pm)
- Wed (9:30am - 6:20pm)
- Sat (8:30am - 2:20pm)(alternating usually)(all long weekends off)
