You'll gain hands-on experience from day one, working alongside a Red Seal journeyperson while developing your skills as you progress through each level of your apprenticeship.This is more than an entry-level shop position. While you'll start with foundational work such as oil changes and tires, your responsibilities will grow with your experience and apprenticeship level, including diagnostics, engine, transmission, and electrical work.What The Path Looks LikeDay one: registered with Apprenticeship Manitoba, journeyperson assigned, hours reported every six months so nothing stalls.Levels 1 and 2: the fundamentals.Levels 3 and 4: diagnostics and the heavy work.A raise at every level passed.Red Seal: write the exam.
