high-speed doors, underground parking gates, sliding aluminum doors, commercial operators, or related systems is a solid assetDemonstrated ability to lead by example and support less-experienced team membersStrong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate field issues to supervisorsStrong customer service skillsComfortable recommending and selling solutions to customersValid driver's license with a clean driving recordComfortable working with hand and power tools and working on laddersAbility to work safely in a physically demanding environmentWhat Success Looks LikeYou independently complete high-quality service and installation work while consistently providing a 5-Star customer experience. In addition to hourly compensation, Technicians have the opportunity to increase their earnings through performance pay tied to results.There is a significant customer service, sales, and KPI component to this position.
