About the Role

Polygon is looking for a Digital & AI Analyst for a 12-month contract. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital & AI, the analyst supports AI tools and digital projects across the organization. The role works with departments to understand their needs, build and test solutions, and help staff use them in their day-to-day to empower their work.

Responsibilities

AI Tools & Automation

- Build and maintain AI agents, Copilot solutions, and workflow automations.
- Work with departments to identify repetitive tasks and practical uses for AI.
- Test solutions with staff, check the accuracy of results, and make improvements before rollout.
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain tools after launch.

Websites & Digital Support

- Support websites, chatbots, and other customer-facing digital experiences.
- Help implement updates to digital tools and check that they work as intended.
- Work with IT and external vendors on system connections and technical issues.
- Gather feedback from staff and recommend improvements to digital experiences.

Project Coordination

- Meet with departments to gather requirements and document current processes.
- Keep track of new requests, project tasks, timelines, and outstanding issues.
- Coordinate testing and implementation with staff, IT, and external vendors.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Director of Digital & AI.

Training & Documentation

- Help staff learn to use approved AI tools and recent digital solutions.
- Prepare demonstrations,



user guides, and instructions for common tasks.
- Collect feedback after rollout and follow up on questions or adoption issues.
- Maintain records of how tools are set up, used, and supported.

Reporting

- Track tool usage, time saved, and business results.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, adoption, and results.
- Use staff feedback and usage data to recommend improvements and further work.

General Duties

- Maintain AI governance records and follow Polygon’s requirements for approved tools and data handling.
- Flag concerns about accuracy, privacy, or tool performance to the Director of Digital & AI.
- Participate in departmental meetings and discussions about digital improvements.
- Keep up to date with AI and digital tools and share relevant findings with the team.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Experience building or supporting AI tools, automations, or digital applications in tools like Replit, Lovable, Base44, Cursor, Codex or Claude Code.
- Ability to test solutions, investigate problems, and follow through on fixes.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining tools to non-technical colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several assignments.
- Experience with coding, website development, Salesforce, system integrations, or basic scripting is an asset.

Compensation & Contract Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 annually.

Contract term: 12 months
