Vaudreuil-DorionReporting to the Human Resources Director and working closely with managers, the Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in supporting HR operations and talent development. The incumbent actively contributes to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, legal compliance, organizational development, as well as payroll administration and HR systems management.This is a full-time position based at our head office in Vaudreuil-Dorion.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practicesAdvise and support managers in the day-to-day management of their teamsManage the full recruitment process, from job posting through onboarding of new employeesDevelop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, motivation, and well-beingManage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutionRespond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, leave programs, and other HR-related mattersParticipate in performance management, employee development, and succession planning initiativesEnsure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR best practicesContribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety programsManage CNESST-related follow-ups, workplace injury files, and regulatory complianceCoordinate and monitor mandatory training and employee development activitiesServe as the resource person for initiatives related to Office québécois de la langue française and compliance with the Charter of the French LanguageProcess payroll for both hourly and salaried employeesEnsure the accuracy of payroll data, including hours worked, vacation, leave, employee benefits,
