In this role, you will lead a team of 1–3 crew members, focusing on safe and effective tree and landscape maintenance. Your horticultural knowledge will help in executing both daily maintenance and seasonal operations. Additionally, you will engage directly with clients, offering qualified guidance and addressing site needs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise and lead vegetation management operations • Guide softscape installations and landscape design tasks • Perform essential horticultural maintenance activities • Monitor and resolve plant health concerns • Ensure safety and organization on work sites

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance • 2+ years in a leadership role • Post-secondary training in horticulture essential • Strong skills in client communication and teamwork • Required Class 5 Driver’s License
