Participates in local union negotiations and grievance resolution discussions and processes, including researching and preparing related correspondence and initiating/responding to related communication with union representatives; assists Client Partners, HEABC and/or counsel with the preparation and presentation of third party hearings and educational in-services; takes on a variety of labour relations projects as assigned.
