Main Duties and Responsibilities Maintain financial records and general ledgers. Post journal entries and reconcile accounts. Prepare trial balances and financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare supplier, utility and tax payments. Assist with GST/HST and government remittances. Assist with month-end/year-end closing. Investigate accounting discrepancies. Prepare documents for audits. Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records.
