We focus on competitive pricing, quality products, professional installation and customer services.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Window & Door Sales Closer to join our sales team.The main responsibility is to follow up with qualified leads, meet with customers, present suitable window and door solutions, prepare and review quotations, handle objections, negotiate the terms, and close sales.The successful candidate will:Follow up with qualified leadsMeet with homeowners, contractors,



and buildersPrepare and present quotationsHandle customer questionsNegotiate and close dealsFollow up on quotations until the sale is completedGuide customers through available financing options when appropriateRepresent CanaBuild professionally at customer meetings, job sites, and the showroomQualificationsProven and recent experience specifically closing window and door salesDemonstrated track record of converting window and door leads into signed contractsStrong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skillsMust be able to independently manage the sales process from lead to closingDirect window and door sales closing experience is required. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to travel throughout the GTACompensation100% Commission-BasedHigh earning potential for experienced window and door sales professionals.
