In this role, you will lead client engagements, support team development, and deliver high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of private and not-for-profit clients across Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take the next step in their career, with increasing responsibility for client relationships, engagement management, and business development.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan, supervise, and execute assurance engagements for private and not-for-profit clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards and Firm policiesReview financial statements and working papers, ensuring accuracy and completenessIdentify and resolve accounting and audit issues, applying professional judgment and technical expertiseBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact on engagementsSupport business development initiatives by identifying opportunities with existing clients and contributing to proposalsCollaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated client solutionsManage multiple engagements and deadlines, ensuring quality and efficiencyCoach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their developmentHow You Will SucceedYou demonstrate BDO's core values of Integrity, Respect,
