FedEx Canada is hiring a Part time Shuttle Driver at their Regina, Saskatchewan facility. This role involves loading and unloading freight, scanning and sorting packages, and transporting freight within and between facilities using a non-articulated vehicle.Expected shift: 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon). This is a part-time, regular position.ResponsibilitiesPerform shuttle functions using a non-articulated vehicleLoad and unload company vehicles and containersAudit size and weight of packagesSeparate packages by service type and destination per established proceduresScan packages using computerized tracking equipmentEnsure use of safety procedures in handling of packagesEnsure proper security of FedEx Canada and customer propertyClean, wash and perform minor maintenance to vehicles as necessaryConform to regulations established by local airport authoritiesOperate vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently,



complying with all government regulations and company proceduresPerform temperature control functions where required, including troubleshooting temperature control units on road and adhering to cargo area proceduresRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or educational equivalentAbility to successfully complete all basic and recurrency trainingValid, fully unrestricted Class 5 or Class G driver's licence with a good driving record (no more than two violations/accidents in the past 24 months)Ability to lift 70 lbs or manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistanceGood interpersonal skillsSome knowledge of FedEx Express Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations is an assetHigh school diploma or equivalent; valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record; ability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs; ability to complete allrequired training.
