ensuring compliance and facilitating seamless interactions across departments.Key Responsibilities:Handle the administration of employee benefits and pensionsSupport compliance for disability claims across various systemsOversee all immigration compliance for work permit holdersDevelop streamlined workflows for onboarding effectivenessAnalyze HR data for reporting and strategic recommendationsRequirements:Certificate in Human Resources requiredAt least three years of related HR experienceStrong knowledge of employment and immigration legislationAdvanced skills in MS Excel for data handlingExceptional confidentiality and interpersonal communicationUtilize your HR and analytical skills to enhance employee benefits management at Pacific Coast.
