About The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of commercial tenant improvement projects around the Calgary area.About The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of commercial tenant improvement projects around the Calgary area.You will oversee management oversight of all phases of projects, including employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding safely and with high quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day planning and management of multiple commercial TI projectsCommunicate with owners, consultants and sub trades, deliver a high level of customer service to clientsSupport management of in office personnel including Superintendents, Foremen and subcontractorsPrepare project set-up, schedules, and cost controlsLead regular site meetings with sub-contractors, architects and consultantsWork with superintendents to ensure projects adhere to safety and quality standardsPrepare progress invoices/sub trade invoices; change orders to Owner and Sub tradesOversee project close outAssist with development of project coordinators and site crewsSkills And RequirementsExperience as a Project Manager or Coordinator on commercial TI projectsExperience in full gut and rebuild office projects, including long term,
