As the Most Responsible Provider (MRP) for an assigned roster of clients, you will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, building meaningful long-term relationships while working to your full scope of practice.Working alongside physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians, pharmacist, and community health workers, you will deliver collaborative, client-centred care that addresses both medical needs and the social determinants of health. This is an opportunity to practice in a supportive team-based environment, make a tangible impact on rural health outcomes, and focus on patient care rather than clinic overhead or administrative burdens.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently maintain and manage a caseload of varying ages.Provision of primary care services including assessment, diagnoses, and treatment, chronic disease prevention and management,
