Director, Health & Wellness

Location: Ottawa, ON preferred; Burlington/GTA considered

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Travel: Some travel across Canada, including Ottawa–GTA travel and approximately 3–5 larger events annually

About the Role

Eazy Benefits is seeking a Director, Health & Wellness to lead and grow its health and wellness offering. This is a senior, client-facing role combining subject-matter expertise, consulting, relationship management, thought leadership, and business development.

The successful candidate will work with HR leaders and senior stakeholders to develop workplace health and wellness strategies, while helping build new client relationships and expand existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver workplace health, wellness and employee well-being strategies for clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and senior decision-makers.
- Lead client presentations, workshops, webinars and other educational sessions.
- Develop thought leadership and market-facing content related to workplace health and wellness.
- Build relationships with HR leaders, benefits consultants, vendors and other industry partners.
- Support business development, client acquisition, renewals and account expansion.
- Identify opportunities to grow Eazy Advantages' health and wellness practice and revenue.
- Stay current on emerging workplace wellness,



employee health and benefits trends.
- Represent Eazy Advantages at industry events and other external engagements.

Ideal Background
- 5+ years of experience in workplace wellness, EAP, HR leadership, health consulting, benefits consulting or a related field.
- Strong client-facing consulting and presentation experience.
- Established network and relationships within the HR/employee benefits community.
- Demonstrated business development and revenue-generation experience.
- Comfortable working with senior executives, HR leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Solid communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Post-secondary education and/or relevant professional credentials considered an asset.
- French/English bilingualism is an asset, but not required.
